MOMS Club of EW/H: What We Do

WHAT WE DO

Our MOMS Club chapters meet during the day because that's when at-home mothers need the most support.  We have monthly meetings with interesting speakers and discussions, park play dates, playgroups, activity groups (like book club, exercise club, and other special interests), and a monthly MOMS Night Out.  We also perform service projects to help families and children in our community.

In our chapters moms find support, laughter, education, understanding, and most of all friendship.  The MOMS Club serves as a means for mothers to share experiences and to find companionship for themselves as well as their children.

Members are not required to participate in any activity or serve on any committees.  Each mom decides how much or how little participation is best for her and her family.  That being said, our club runs solely on volunteers - other stay-at-home moms just like you!  We would love for you to share your expertise with us whether it be in administrative work, hospitality, fund raising, scrapbooking, photography, etcetera.

Community Service
Our club hosts an annual bake sale in the fall and participates in support-a-family programs during the holidays.  Additional fundraising programs vary year to year.  We annually donate club funds towards charities that are near and dear to our hearts.

Sunshine Moms
Our Sunshine Moms are volunteers who help to coordinate efforts to support members in need.  These may be moms who just had a baby, lost a loved one, or experienced a personal hardship.
